While handling claims for my mother, and family friends, I experienced, firsthand, the complexities, challenges, and frustrations, of navigating the often confusing and unfriendly landscape of the long term care insurance claims process. Even with my background of more than 25 years in the long term care insurance industry, I found the process to be daunting.
Over my career as a long term care insurance specialist, I have helped hundreds of families prepare for potential long term care events by educating them on their available options. My true desire now is to help those families who have long term care insurance obtain ALL of the benefits that they’re entitled to.
